Tuffies Flyers are constructed of a soft foam core to maintain shape, afloat, and to enhance flight. The Flyer is protected by three layers of material; two layers of industrial grade nylon and one layer of soft fleece that are all sewn together with two layers of cross stitching and then two layers of linear stitching to prevent separation. After the toy is sewn together, an additional piece of black nylon trim is added to cover the four rows of stitching.
