We are a very small company, and if you are looking for stuff in the pet department, you will end up talking to me. Some days are busier than others, and it may take me a day or two to get back to you-but I try to answer emails as fast as I can. If you don't hear back, please call or email me again. Sometimes my emails don't go through and vice versa, and I really do want to hear from you. EFC Pet Supply is located inside the main office for EFC Equipment, so if you see tractors when you pull up- no worries-you are at the right place and I'm probably in the back slaving away.

Crazy For Collars was the beginning, so that web address will pop up in email, paypal, and the address bar. Don't worry, it all gets back to me. Crazy For Collars is all things manufactured by me and includes custom collars, pjs, or something else. Custom orders can take anywhere from a week to a month depending on my workload. I get to sew at night and on weekends, so if you need something by a certain date-please let me know.
EFC Pet Supply was originally created for our hound Hogan. Afflicted with numerous allergies, it became increasingly difficult to find things he could eat without special ordering them. Even when I did order things, they didn't always show up and when you are out of dog food-that is a real problem when you have a dog with a very limited ingredient diet. So with the help, support and knowledge of some really great friends and my family, EFC Pet Supply happened. We are a small business inside the larger EFC Equipment, so don't be suprised when you pull up and see tractors. Because of Hogan, our inventory is canine focused, but as we are growing we are adding more and more items, so if you are looking for something-please don't be afraid to ask. I try to make sure we have a good inventory of items, but sometimes I'm out of stock and try to get orders filled as soon as possible. Shipping time is usually less than a week if this happens, and I try to make sure you know I got your order and that there will be a delay and about when I'll ship your order. If you need something faster and this is a problem, just let me know. Almost all of the products that we carry are tested on my fur family. That consists of 2 senior greyhounds and one crazy coonhound and a couple of cats that came with the house. We have tried alot of products and end up carrying the stuff that passes quality control. You can always ask if we have tried something and if we have, I'll give you my honest review of it. If we don't carry it or I can't get it, I'll do my best to help you find it.
